2. Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns 
– Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. 
– Products must be unused, unopened for the sealed bag, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. 
– Returns are not accepted for final-sale items, opened sealed bags of the beauty products, or personalized items.
2. Return Process 
– To initiate a return, email our support team at customerservice@beautiebox.co.uk with your order details. 
– Our team will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable). 
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds & Exchanges 
– Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. 
– If you prefer an exchange, we will send the replacement item after confirming availability. 
– Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items 
– If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund. 
– We may request photos of the item to process the claim efficiently.
