If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to customerservice@beautiebox.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you they must be returned in accordance with the clauses below .
- You can return goods with the unopened sealed bag, you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service as we cannot offer a refund or exchange if your return is lost in the post.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. - Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid if the recieved comes in the sent sealed bag unopened and intact.
- You are liable for any shipping costs if you send your ordered items back to us.
